Our story

Connecting savers with Ireland's builders

In 2018, the founders of Property Bridges saw a housing crisis deepened by a chronic lack of funding in construction. At the same time, savings rates across Europe were falling to record lows, leaving savers with nowhere to grow their money.

They built an online platform to connect the two: unlocking the property market for investors, and providing a vital source of finance for developers. Six years on, that platform has loaned over €118 million and is regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland.
